Every booking starts the same way

- 02 Placement check completed where relevant to the subject
- 03 Tutor matched and a weekly time slot offered
- 04 First regular session booked in
- 05 Written note sent home the same day

Written down, not just said
- The same tutor most weeks for the whole term, and written notice if that has to change.
- A written progress note sent home the same day as every session.
- Fees and term dates published before the term starts, no lock in contract beyond the current term.
- If a subject or tutor is not the right fit in the first two sessions, we move your child to someone else at no extra charge.
- A make up session offered for any class missed with at least 24 hours' notice.
